On the day of the installation, Matt and Alan arrived to fit the alarm as agreed and worked confidently and competently throughout. They worked well as a team and were cooperative and informative at every stage. My opinion was sought throughout on minor details which would impact on my family and our use of the alarm system. They worked efficiently and tidied up after themselves leaving no mess whatsoever. They gave me confidence in their product and will be local to maintain the system annually.
